At the suggestion of a customer, the name Rainbow Painters arose from the logo and now has its own Website!
The wonderful world of modern decor with its dazzling range of colours and textures means the sky's the limit! And you can have any colour you like! On this Website, courtesy of some of my customers, you can have a look at some of the schemes that we have produced.
The core team of Gemma, Daniel and myself are shown here next to our trusty van. We have recently been joined by Heather as a permanent member of the team. The van enables us to transport all of our materials and equipment easily to site, all over West Sussex and beyond. We have excellent support from our Suppliers, which gives us additional flexibility.
Our services can be summarised as follows:
Free Visits - written Quotations and honest assessments.
Preparation and Painting of all surfaces - wood, plaster, paper, plastic, metal, masonry, flooring, brick, tile, uPVC, both inside and out. We also do staining, varnishing and waxing of wood.
Wallpapering - ceilings, walls, stairways.
Problem Solving - efflorescence, water damage, stains, smoke damage, sticky surfaces, inaccessible places, boxing in pipes, reinstatement of surfaces, patch plastering, rot damage, mould, other small repairs, insurance work.

We use only high quality materials, selected as the best, in our experience, for each application. We use Dulux Trade, Sikkens, Sadolin, Liberon, Dulux Trade Weathershield and Toupret paints, woodstains, varnishes, waxes and fillers and other excellent trade products to achieve first class and durable finishes.
Our choice of products and methods of work are also informed by environmental considerations to minimise impact. All trade waste is disposed of correctly. We know that it is important to take care of our customers' property and possessions and we use a variety of techniques to ensure the risk of damage is minimised.
Gemma, Heather and Daniel are full time employees, properly registered for PAYE purposes. The business carries appropriate levels of Employers Liability and Public Liability cover. We are registered under the Construction Industry Scheme as a sub contractor. We will all shortly achieve an NVQ2 Qualification in Painting & Decorating and Daniel and myself are qualified by City & Guilds to Intermediate Level in the Trade. The business is not registered for VAT purposes as currently, turnover remains below the mandatory limit. This is a big benefit for our private customers.
